Sea OTTers are the swim team level swimmers.  Swimmers in levels 2 thru 5 are at the swim team level.  Some of our swimmers at this level compete and some do not.  This is optional for your swimmers.  All swimmers are treated the same and trained as competitive swimmers if the decide to compete!

All of the swim team levels focus on stroke technique and development with building endurance in a small practice group setting. Practices cover all the strokes and end with diving!  We put the fun back into swimming!

Level 2s and 3s practice for an hour and 15 minutes

Level 4s and 5s practice for an hour and a half to two hours depending on the day
 
 
Levels 2s through 5s are the Swim Team Training Groups.  Swimmers at the swim team level can train with swimmers who comptete, but dont have to compete themselves.  Once a swimmers is ready to begin competing they can.  There is an additional registration fee for swimmers to be registered with USA Swimming



 
Each group focuses on all the stroke technique and development of all four strokes in small group settings while continuing to building endurance.

Tuesdays and/or Thursdays
Level 2 and 3  4:15 to 5:30pm
Level 4 and 5 4:15 to 5:45pm
 
Fridays
Level 2, 3 5:00 - 6:15pm
Level 4 and 5 5:00 -6:30pm
 
Saturdays
Level 2 and 3 1:30 to 2:45pm
Level 4 and 5 1:30 to 3:30pm
 
 
Winter (November 15th-April 1st)
Mondays and/or Wednesdays
Level 2 and 3 5:15pm and 6:30pm
Level 4 and 5 6:00pm to 7:45pm
 
Tuesdays and/or Thursdays
4:45 to 6:00pm for all Levels
 
Fridays
Level 2 and 3 5:00 to 6:15pm
Level 4 and 5 5:00 to 6:30pm


Saturdays and Sundays will have the same times as the Fall and Spring during the Winter months
